DySIS Medical hosts Cervical Cancer Prevention Symposium.

The EUROGIN conference held in Prague this year is a key international conference focussed on the prevention of cervical cancer attracting many key participants from around the world.
Alongside the conference DySIS Medical held a symposium with keynote speakers including Prof. Miriam Andersson, Prof. Sonia Mints, Dr. Jacqueline Louwers, Miss Theresa Freeman-Wang and Chaired by Dr Vladimir Dvorak (President of the Czech Gynaecologicl and Obstetrical Society). The participants from across Europe and the United States of America heard various presentations concerning advances in colposcopy including the recently launched DySIS v3.
Commenting on the event, Mr Martin Hunt, DySIS Medical Chairman said “It was excellent to hear such eminent speakers from different parts of the world discussing the future of colposcopy. There was strong recognition from the assembled audience that DySIS has a very important role to play in raising the detection rate of women who need treatment.”
Professor Mints has recently added DySIS to her teaching curriculum at the University of Karolinska in Sweden and ran the first course there last month.
