NBGI Private Equity and Ethemba Capital are announcing the acquisition of 88.4% of the shares in FHL Mermeren Kombinat in Prilep, FYROM (“Mermeren” or the “Company”), from FHL Kyriakidis, the Athens-listed marble production and distribution group.
