Pavlos Stellakis

Pavlos Stellakis

Chairman & CEO, Pavlos has broad corporate experience in both the UK and Continental Europe, with over twenty five years involvement in Investment Banking, Private Equity and Consultancy and having been on the Boards of several private and public companies, including main Board positions at NBG and Hill Samuel Bank where he was Head of European Investment Banking. Pavlos is the Founder of NBGI, a London and New York based investment banking goup where he is President & CEO.

Pavlos is an Economics graduate and holds a masters degree in Applied Economics from Oxford University.

Dimiter Gurdjilov

Stratos Chatzigiannis

An Investment Director of the Real Estate Fund, Stratos has extensive experience of the European debt and equity public markets having been Head of Capital Markets for more than 10 years and a founding member of NBGI. Stratos has been involved in many structured transactions and has a strong origination track record. Stratos has been a Director of Corporate Finance at EFG Private Bank. He has experience of a wide range of industry sectors including real estate and shipping, has been involved in start ups and has worked in the Middle East and a number of European countries.

He qualified as a Chartered Accountant with KPMG and is a graduate from the London School of Economics.

James Huckle

James Huckle

James is an Investment Director at NBGI Private Equity. He joined NBGI in April 2007. James has 13 years experience in financial services and fund management, and prior to joining NBGI PE he spent six years in private equity and real estate in Eastern Europe, with Invesco and Laxey Partners. He holds an MA in Geography from the University of Oxford.

James is also a qualified chartered accountant and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales.

Mrinal Oberoi

Mrinal Oberoi

Mrinal joined NBGI Private Equity in July 2008. Prior to joining NBGI she worked at Lehman Brothers where, as part of the real estate investment banking team, she advised on public as well as private deals in the European real estate sector, including public offerings, M&A and private placements. She has experience in both Western European as well as emerging real estate markets..

Mrinal has a bachelor's degree in engineering from the University of Mumbai, an MBA from the University of California - Irvine and an MSc. from London Business School.

Ellen Pike

Ellen Pike

Ellen joined NBGI Private Equity in September 2009. Prior to joining NBGI she spent 5 years in the Private Equity Transaction Services team at KPMG working on mid-market and leveraged buy-out transactions.  She holds a BSc (Hons) in Biochemistry from Nottingham University and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales.

Alex Tilson

Alex Tilson

Alex joined NBGI Private Equity in November 2008. Prior to joining NBGI he worked at Heitman and REIT Asset Management, where he was involved in the sourcing, analysis, structuring and execution of real estate acquisitions and development projects across Western, Central and Eastern Europe.

Alex qualified as a chartered accountant in 2003 with KPMG, is a full member of the ICAEW, and holds an LLB(Hons) in English Law and French Law from the University of Kent.
