Laurent Allégot
Laurent has over 18 years experience in private equity and an established track record of investing in the small to mid-sized buy-out market, achieving consistent returns. He has led numerous investments in a broad range of sectors and economic cycles.
Before joining NBGI Private Equity, Laurent was a Managing Director with SPEF LBO, a Natixis Private Equity affiliate specialised in small to mid-sized buy-outs. Previously, Laurent worked for 15 years with REL, a pioneer among LBO firms.
Laurent holds a graduate business degree from Institut Supérieur de Commerce de Paris.
Mia Lauranti
Mia joined NBGI Private Equity in January 2009. Prior to this, she spent one year in the Financial department of Exane.
Mia graduated with a BBA from EPSCI (ESSEC Group), and is currently preparing for the CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) exams.
Yoann Malys
Yoann's other experiences include 3.5 years in consulting with BearingPoint, WDHB in San Francisco and AXA Group. Prior to that he spent six months as a business developer at Etnoka.com.
Yoann holds an MSc in Business Management from HEC in Paris.
Pablo Villanueva
Pablo joined NBGI Private Equity in May 2008. Previously he worked in Corporate Development at Doosan Babcock Energy and was Group Financial Controller at Thorn Lighting where he led their post-merger financial integration with Zumtobel AG. Prior to this he was an Associate in the industrials M&A team of HSBC Investment Bank and worked several years in the French automotive industry.
Pablo holds a Materials Science Engineering degree from the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from the London Business School. He is a Chartered Certified Accountant.
