• Medium term: typically 3-5 years
• Preference for a majority or controlling stake
• Priority on quality, not quantity of investment
  • 2 to 4 deals per year, plus add-ons

  • Buy-outs & buy-ins 
  • Growth Capital 
  • Turnarounds 

We do not invest in start-ups or early stage companies.
